News reports pour in about dogs mauling children to death. Dilemmas. Infant dead...kill the dogs?

"Stray dog menace" everyone says.

So round them up and kill them? take them to an animal shelter? take them somewhere far away and leave them?

Or scream about the animal's right to life?

other's say what about the child's right to life?

and so they began killing mosquitoes and cockroaches and tigers.

species vs. species until one species is left alone with no one to eat or kill and when killing's become such a habit that tey have to kill their own species?

instead of the two extreme arguments a rational solution has to be found.

Advantages of having street dogs...security when outsiders come.

do we have to justify their existence because of the use we have for them?

not really.

i dont think so.

but do we jst sit back and let them kill young humans?especially from poorer backgrounds?

is it worse to be born a poor human or a street dog?

which discrimination is worse?

it probably makes sense to catch dogs who kill/harm humans and keep them secluded in shelters.

but its really unjust to do away with stray dogs all togehter.

young children around my house are seen pelleting stray dogs with stones and chasing them in gangs.

there's an enemity that develops because of this.

revenge motive...species attack...the weakest, most vulnerable in the species! infant, toddler alone on a road/in a slum...

dog mauls infant to death...headlines, breaking news...dogs seen asa threat...eliminate them

the enemity and mistrust deepens

there's a need for people to overcome this paranoia they have about animals. there's a need to learn to coexist with other species and care for them so that such an enemity doesnt develop. children should be taught to trust and befreind them rather than stone them and run from them.

they treat us the way we treat them

stone them

they shall bite one of your species

care for them

they will care for your species
